Useful app and has help my team stop missing opportunities. My one complaint would be the lack of dark mode. I’ll open the app in the morning and burn my retinas.
Quite overpriced compared to alternatives
Was quite pricey but useful - then they almost doubled the price. Now it’s a rip off.
Great for internal communications with a small team, nice functions and easy to use
Front is growing so well, the use and ease of the interface in this app is fantastic. I was shocked to see it had a low rating. Front saves us so much time and keeps our communication accessible by all members of the team. This app is just an extension to the desktop and web interface and so reliable on the go! If you are not using Front then you are not making your business life easier.
Nice implementation of the Front system on the phone. Will be a handy adjunct to the desktop version for when I’m on the road.
This company want premium prices for a non premium product as it's full of issues on the mobile app and desktop app. They recently and deliberately allowed people to accidentally add more channels, as users got stuck in and put their business into fronts trust they then activated their long term plan to get more money from you be forcing you to reduce your channels, or pay more. It's clearly an act to generate money from the end users and any decent CEO would have let it ride out for those grandfather accounts and only new accounts to make sure they are locked in. So due to their ineptitude their customers suffer or have to pay more. If they really did not need or want the money it would have been handled differently. Pure greed! We work with several companies using front. We have all decided to cancel our accounts and ask for a refund as we don't want to be a part of this scam they are trying to pull. So guys don't fall into the trap of this app
A shout out to Front for what is a really great app on all platforms. We use it for technical support having previously struggled with clunky support systems. Front gives our team everything we need to log and respond to tickets without getting bogged down in the process. This iOS app is a great addition for keeping and eye on issues over the weekend!
