Good, but very greedy pricing structure
We are using Front from when it was free. The app is good, but the pricing structure is very greedy!
At some point they removed features which were part of a plan. Made those features only part of a more expensive plan.
You always pay for 2 users, even if you have 1 user. No way to pay for 1 user.
Extra channels are expensive for smaller teams.
