Calendar?
Any plans to implement the calendar on the mobile app? Kinda annoying to have to use a seperate app when we have setup our employees and work environment for comms in Front.

They kept charging us $400 after cancelling. Stay away from this company
Often the app will stop receiving new emails. I cannot simply sign out and back in. It does not fix the issue. So I have to remove the app and reinstall. Very annoying!
This is a fantastic app for managing shared inboxes. We have hundreds of staff access emails and texts through Front (via web, mobile app and desktop app) and it has hugely increased productivity, transparency and accountability internally, as well as helped us serve our constituents better, which in the end is what we’re all about as a NFP. Wouldn’t use anything else.
Seems to reply to all from mobile.
Would be better if emails tagged with inbox didn’t go to spam, very annoying but comments are great for inviting other people to an email without replying to the email
Just got it for work, and when I had to search for it, was frustrated as I was told it was just front, and it doesn’t come up in a search for front, only frontapp
They really rope you in on the sales call that you will have all these amazing capabilities but every single thing has a kink. I have paid way too much money for this for our company. I would not renew with them.
Can’t actually do work because it lacks tag and template creation/editing. So it’s 75% for view-only triage. Which is then annoying that I can’t help a customer efficiently or improve my template. 2024 update: no change
The newest update has so many bugs for me. I’m unable to mark emails as read, unable to attach images to emails, and in the process of composing a reply, I’m unable to delete a draft or even close it. I have to completely restart the app. I use the app frequently for work and these things need to be addressed quickly. Thank you!
