Lacks features, expensive and impossible to cancel

Terrible customer support, asked a month ago to cancel and they charged me again. Now they’re making me CALL them to cancel. Total scam, terrible app.

Fraud

Don’t download, it’s a fraud. They get your credit card and then make it impossible to cancel. They also don’t follow EU-GDPR rules so keep away if you don’t want your data stolen.

A big Fraud

Never ever download the app pr try their subscription. You try free week and pause the app (which day suggest!) and then you cannot find the subscription cancellation on appstore. You go to their website and they FORCE YOU TO call the customer support and don’t let you to cancel the subscription without calling a US number. Never ever seen a disgusting fraud as this. Just do not open an account and even if you opened without reading this, freeze your card to not let those cheap people to steal your money!

Virtually impossible to cancel free trial

I’m trying to cancel my account by simply pressing “cancel account” button, which then tells me it’s impossible unless I call a number somewhere in the US, with which I have 10 hour time difference, and I don’t even have international calling on my phone plan. How can this be??

Can not cancel the free trial!

Free trial is only possible to call the support team during the business hours?? We are not even in the same time zone! Never seen such stupid thing before

Good app

I really like the app, but I have trouble with it a lot. It freezes on me at least 3 times while I’m using it.

Compatible for Europe?

Online I can use the metric system. This doesn’t work force the App!
