Can’t get through to customer service. Keeps charging $54 after I cancelled. Have to cancel my bank card now.😩

Unable to cancel subscription

I’ve been calling daily and cannot cancel this subscription. It won’t allow you to cancel in the app, they claim it’s because health data was shared with them…not sure how this is leagal. The only thing I can do is pause the subscription but it automatically turned back on and charged me..

Misleading

I purchased the app! They never said it was a subscription!!! They are charging me over $50 every month! This is just wrong. Do not purchase this app. I can’t cancel it!!!!

Impossible to cancel

I tried canceling this- impossible - I’ve canceled my subscription- which i thought was a one-time purchase in the beginning.. even after subscription cancelation it keeps taking payments from me!

Sneaky!

Be careful; that $39 fee isn’t just to get a plan it’s a $53CAD MONTHLY fee. Their “no pressure” call to cancel doesn’t even get picked up. It’s a scam! Also it’s not it’s a metabolic meal plan. It’s a supplement push. I could’ve gone anywhere for that sales crap. With my food allergies; I wanted to have meal plans made with the ingredients I can have. The “personalized to you” line is just that. A Line. There’s no actual help from their nutritionist.

This app is not helpful at all! It’s a scam and customer service is not helpful. You also can’t cancel. They say it’s a one time charge but it’s a monthly charge. I have not received any emails or notifications that I would be charged! Complete lack of transparency and accountability!! Save your money!!

I wish I had read reviews!!! Headslap!! I tried to get refund after 30 min but can’t as they say because signed u for discounted year … plan is nothing new … not easy to put in swaps without choosing their recipes… so angry with myself… well I have it for a year… oh brother!!! Note: although couldn’t get through on phone customer service Ashley did respond to my chat… she was nice and explained no refund… lesson learned!!! Stop yourself!!!!

Charged me $384.97 for an app I used for not even a day

It was not clear that I was paying a monthly fee of $39 when I wanted to try this app. When I checked my credit card, they had billed me almost $400 before I canceled my subscription that I owned for not even 24 hours. They better refund me!

False Advertising

They refused to give me a refund but it says on their website it’s refundable.
