Do not waste your money. It all looks enticing but you get nothing, customer service is non existence and they take out unauthorized transactions.

Complete scam, no responses to any emails or chats almost impossible to cancel subscription if I could give zero stars I would

The app does the bare minimum to help lose weight. When you cancel the subscription through the app, it still says you’re still subscribed. I tried emailing but it is an automated message saying to talk to chat bot through the app. I had to contact my bank to cancel it and get a new card.

Worst Customer Service

Ive been trying to reach customer service for days. They responded to one message and then went silent. Tried the bot to cancel the account, it say’s successfully cancelled but nothing happened. Tried to cancel through account itself, each time gives a different error. Tried to call, redirected to their useless chat service. Dont give them your payment details, canceling is near impossible

What a rip off

Charged twice and they wouldn’t refund any money. Very disappointed…total scam.

Basically a scam

Wish I read the other reviews useless app so I didn’t use it so all then I didn’t realise my subscription was active so I got charged a extra month and they won’t refund even though it’s only been one day into something I’m not using

Aussie clients

Not suited to Aussie clients as it is not in metric nor are you able to change the settings. Unable to cancel due to my “plan” and they expect me to call the US in order to stop the service.

Scam and a complete disgrace

This whole thing is a massive scam. Been trying for weeks to cancel my subscription but I never receive a reply. No one answers the phone number you just leave a message. This is an absolute disgrace and a complete scam. If anyone actually works for this company and reads these…I’m waiting….

Robbed

They have taken over $350 from my account without my permission. I was happy to pay for one meal plan for $39 but then checked my bank account and noticed they have taken another 2 deduction. I have written to there support team and asked for it back and have been ignored. This is so wrong!! Don’t do it anyone!!
