Keep tabs of your account

They auto bill you without warning and not clear instructions of cancelling your subscription. Food selection not suitable for Asian diet.

Scammers

There is no way that you can cancel your subscription online they give you a number that no one answers. Only way to stop it cancel your vise card!!! What a scammers they should be removed from Apple App!!!

Unclear subscription

I thought with the information I had online that I could choose between monthly pay for one year subscription or pay once for a year and pass from monthly to one payment . I didn’t receive any confirmation email for this and quit the program in between because of personal problems . Then one year later I ave been charged for one more year . As I called to explain this was a mistake someone said they ll call me back but nothing . Also nobody answered my multiples email . For me this is a fraud . Forget about it ...

I was a bit skeptical after reading the below email (sorry for this happening to you) but I went for it. And honestly I don’t regret! I have just started so I don’t know if it actually works in terms of weight loss but I’m happy with the user friendly app in general: payment processed immediately, access codes received immediately. They give you a selection of meals and from there you can make plans for weeks at a time, with automatically generated grocery list, you can swap meal if you change your mind during the week, you can track what your intake has been in terms of protein, fat and carbs based on the recipe you declare having followed, etc. Recipes are very good and simple! I’ve also received emails to kind of link to different studies etc. So far so good..

Blocked out of my 2 accounts

A minute ag I registered for the application twice since the first Time i couldn’t login and never received an e-mail to confirm this - they refuse to refund despite the fact that i requested them to verify if I was already registered to which they responded to login if not the account had not been validated. Today because i chose a yearly plan they refuse to refund despite me having paid twice - ridiculous and unprofessional. After having requested the refund and given the e-mails for my accounts they blocked me and i no longer have access. The person in charge of my case was Amanda - ahora sent me off in a last email with a you have been mean and vulgar good-bye! Today I have paid over 330€ and have no access to my accounts - this is completely unacceptable
