They have the worst app design ever, after they make you buy the pro plan you have to call an international number to cancel the pro plan which doesn’t even reply, I wrote 5 emails explaining I want a refund with no answer after 3 weeks of creating the account, and after downloading the app I clicked the „delete account” button to get some sort of information on how to get my refund and delete the account where it just closed my account and now i’m unable to access anything. The worst company ever, do not download this.

We don’t have much money, but my Mum is prioritising weight loss for vital health reasons. She got this app, thinking it would help her, but the sign up process is completely misleading. Now she’s signed up for a subscription with a constant payment which we can’t afford. She’s tried to cancel it many times, but every contact method is clearly rigged to make it extremely hard for people to cancel their plan and get their money back. Disgusting. People are struggling and in need, and this app is stealing money. All the other negative reviews are completely right. Do not get this app. It’s despicable.

How is this app still here even 4 years after the last review. This is a scam!!! Do not download this app. They promise a 30 day money back guarantee and when you try get it they don’t respond and when you do get hold of someone they say you no longer qualify for it or come up with a different excuse every time you contact them. No one answers the phones so you are not able to get assistance. SCAM! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!

After one month I cancelled my account because it wasn’t working for me. Just to find that after getting an email confirmation of cancelling my account I get billed a full month and now they don’t want to refund me??? Customer service is USELESS!!!! Best advise: DONT USE THIS APP

I signed up for this app. Within a day I decided I would like a refund and contacted customer service using the listed email. No response received. Followed up with many additional emails and no response received. I was not refunded. I paused the subscription hoping for resolution and now have been debited again for an app I am not using!!! This is just thievery. Stay away from this app.

I decided to try the app since it had the money back guarantee. The whole subscription process was very complicated and I dropped out at some point. I got an offer to try the app for a month for about £20 and I decided to give it a go. I tried the plan for a week, there was absolutely no results and I wanted to cancel. Cancellation was only possible via calling the customer service and they were very difficult to reach. My second week didn’t bring any results either. When I finally got in touch with the very unfriendly and arrogant customer service, I was told that I have paid £100, my plan is valid till August and it’s non-refundable. This was surely NOT what was promised when I bought the plan and I never wanted to have anything like this. The whole app is a big scam and they’re trying to make money by giving promises they won’t keep and selling a product that doesn’t bring any results.

I am really disappointed with the service and customer service/care. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks. I have called the company because they won’t cancel the subscription. I have sent numerous emails and I am going around in circles. I have had to take other measures so I am not charged for the services. Extremely dissatisfied. It didn’t have to result this way.

There’s no way to express how unprofessional and thieves this company is! Why wouldn’t I gave control over my subscription except through an international pathetic call??? No one picks up the phone, no response to emails, I will report to my card company as “fraud “ and theft!!!! I’m a nutshell…HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE…big mistake!

This app is a scam. I truly regret not reading the reviews. This company uses influential celebrities in their promotions. They scam users into going for their free trials but won’t allow any cancellation. They do not respond to their chats online that is meant to be available 24/7, never answer their emails and phone calls either. They’re very quick to deleted and block a person on social media when a negative comment is posted though! I wish Apple Store would stop allowing downloads of the g-plan app.
