I am relatively knee to the app but what I’m seeing on the subtitles makes me a little annoyed. The text is white with no background to set it away from the scene. This makes it difficult to read when the scene is white or light colored. Please fix this. I’m not a fluent speaker and I can’t consistently enjoy the shows which makes purchasing the membership unlikely.
I don’t know when it started but the app started to act up and now I can’t watch anything and everytime I long in it says renew vip and I renew it but then it keeps saying error! I want to enjoy watching my favorite shows but I can’t, please fix the app

I download the app and try to sign up but I cant why
I paid for the sub through Apple but it’s showing an error in the app can I get my money back or the sub working please.
Since the app got updated I have had a difficult time trying to scroll /select the number of episode I need to watch. For example when you click on a series to watch it will normally see the number of the episodes in small boxes number from 1 to 12 depending on if the drama has 12 or more/ less episode. But since the updates when you click on a drama. The episodes are now displayed in a larger box with a picture(of the episode) and a number, when I try to scroll to select a certain episode's number. I can't see some of the episodes number to select them, For example let's say a drama that you wanna watch has 12 episodes when you click on it and try to scroll to pick a certain episode you can't see some of the episode numbers, you can scroll and you might see episode number 1 to 8 but after that you can't see from 9 to 12 what you get is dark display. Hopefully you understand what I'm saying but basically I can't scroll and see all the episode number if somebody could please fix it.
Doesn’t recognize my apple subscription account
Honestly, I have been emailing them for weeks now and no response. They literally charged me for a subscription! And then my account still says I’m not subscribed to VIP and that I have a general account I haven’t been able to correct this issue for awhile now and it’s pissing me off. There also is obviously no number to call since it’s an international number so literally I’m missing out on some good shows and getting robbed paying for a subscription I can’t access. Honestly don’t waste your time on this app find something else!
I paid for the subscription, but it didn't go through even though I was charged. Twice!!! I keep trying to contact support and troubleshooting my app but nothing is working!
How do you have a Vision Pro app ready and still no Appletv app? Can we please get an appletv app, I hate having to airplay from my phone.
