Great App, Great Products

I recently bought an Instinct 3 and there is one thing that would make it absolutely perfect for me - adding a Now Playing option on the watchface. I hope someone reads these. 😀

App crashes every time!!!

This app doesn’t work since a week! What’s happening?

Can't turn off app notifications

Very bad app. I still get fb messenger, email spam when turned all app notifications off for general use.

Getting worse

There was some update recently and the app is working poorly now. When I want to add a set or an exercise to a training and click search there is no option for input, it just breaks and after several seconds the app freezes, you cannot search for any exercise, you cannot go back. You can either enter some exercise from the recent ones or close the app and start again.

Every time is connecting so hard. Doesn’t show the numbers on my Lily so I can pair them easily with the phone

The app is slow and full of bugs

I do not understand how literally every other app and decide can connect automatically but for a Fenix 7 watch to update and connect correctly you need to open the app every damn time and click sinc 2-3 times. Then wait 5 min. When I tried to connect it to strava it didn’t work (even though I tried several times, follows all the steps and there were no error messages. When I tried to make a payment and buy an app for the sauna it again didn’t work even after I added 3-4 different cards and had to call the banks to verify the card to be added in this stupid app. When I tried to make a purchase I would just get a generic message on the watch like “unsuccessful payment “ and that’s it. The Garmin team did not have the courtesy to give any more explanations. Also when I try to add maps to the watch it again doesn’t work with the same generic messages that give absolutely no details. I do not understand why everything has to be this f-n had for a watch that costs 800€. Can you make it just connect and work seamlessly like the apple products?!?!

Great app, the UX is improving constantly

Last update in August for edit multiple reps was really great, thank you for reading my thoughts:)

After the update the app is trash!

It doesn’t load most Of my data to the app, the whole appearance of the data is wrong in so many ways and not user friendly!! The previous design of the app was much more better and easier to navigate, and was updating the data correctly! With this bad design Garmin lost me as a customer! Never again going back to garmin again! The update wasn’t necessary at all!
