When you pick up and return a car you take pics of the gas level. But they don’t care and charge you extra $30 for missing gas cause they have “an internal device that measures the gas level and it shows us the missing fuel”.
We wanted to rent a car for 4 hours; we went through the process of submitting a driver's license, passport, and facial recognition, and then it asked for proof of residence. We are from out of the country, so this website is very confusing.
Attendez vous à recevoir des frais après la location pour la moindre petite chose. Si vous êtes garés à 10m de l’endroit prévu même si la place de parking est déjà occupée, s’il y a un brin d’herbe sur le tapis, etc. Des choses qui n’arriveraient pas avec un loueur professionnel.

During a recent trip in Marseille, I unknowingly made a mistake in renting a car with manual instead of automatic and when I canceled the rental, they still charged me for full rental. I then managed to rent another car with automatic transmission but when I returned the car, the underground garage door wouldn’t open and I had to park the car outside. I tried calling and messaging the help line without anyone answering or responding. You’d be better renting from a well established rental company. No hassles and no pain!
Ça fait déjà plusieurs locations que je fais avec ma voiture, je dois dire que je suis agréablement surpris par la qualité de cette application, mais aussi que tout se passe exactement comme décrit sur l’app.
No way too contact customer service
Getaround, une entreprise à fuir. Ils m'ont prélevé 500 € plus 40 € de frais de dossier pour une petite rayure qui était déjà présente sur les photos avant la location. Cependant, comme je ne l'ai pas déclarée dans les sinistres présents sur le véhicule, ils en ont profité. En réalité, ils passent leur temps à chercher les oublis des clients pour faire de l'argent sur leur dos. À éviter, ce sont des voleurs.
