Me and my husband rented a car through get around. In the end of rental period we have filled in the tank to max, it was not possible to put more gas but the gas level reported in the app went down from 95 to 85% in that moment so we were charged for the missing gas in tank.
The overall experience was good, the app is well made and unlocking the car was smooth, bravo for this. However, after refilling full tank (hearing the pump clicking) and returning the car, I got charged extra money for missing gas?! Excuse me I just paid for the gas, why taking extra money. I’m not sure how you are calculating the gas levels but it’s not straight and next time I will not refill the tank at all because it’s such a hassle!
In iOS when you are in a country that is not eligible and you allow to access your location the app stays in a cycle loop with the modal that says that the app is not enable in that country. As a foreigner I would like to use the app to search cars in the enabled locations. Either don’t search for location again or switch the modal for an in place message. Also, enable how to report bugs.

No communication with owner.Too inflexible regarding returning times for me.
Me parece que esta aplicación o sistema de arrendar un carro lleva tiempo funcionando y cuando uno busca comentarios no los encuentra, si uno trata de preguntar algo, sólo es derivado a respuestas automáticas. Pese se muy económico, pero uno les entrega todas las herramientas para arruinarse uno mismo....
We are supposed to end our rental now, but app and website are both down. The contact details of the owner are (of course) only available in the app. The only phone number I find has an automatic message sending customers to app and website(!) This is a huge problem. Huge!
