This app is a total scam, they don’t deliver your order and they cancel it and never refund you. Trying to speak to their customer representative is like talking to a wall. They’re basically thieves because they take your money in exchange of no service and they try to come up with an excuse to blame the customer. Shame !
They got the money and said they could not deliver it ,, though the address was in a hotel .. and they did not return the money back saying the order was prepared and they did not try to deliver it again
Bad customer service at every touch point. App always have technical glitches. Order sometimes received with missing items and no refunds for these missing items. Orders get cancelled one hour after the order is placed with no regard to customer’s own time. Majority if drivers lack basic skills. Fruits and vegetables sold on this app are of bad quality so better not to try.
The slowest application ever!
Spent the past hour trying to order by having google translate open on another phone and scanning the menu. The menu’s have little to no pictures so it took a while. After doing all that, they tell me I have to verify my account and I’m not getting any message or email for the verification. What a waste of time.
