I ordered food and my order was cancelled due to unavailability. Jokes on them no-one tried contacting me, in a building where i live theres also a 24/7 reception so couriers can also leave food there. After contacting the customer service they blew me off. I didn't get the food, they charged me money and were rude about whole ordeal. The app itself is also pretty bad, despite setting the language to english during shopping or ordering food the options are written in turkish.
At the beginning app was allowing to send a tip after delivery. Now it is not possible which makes that couriers are not receiving the tip. I would never tip someone before receiving the goods. Especially because very often quality of products is very poor.
I like the app but I dislike people from support. They don’t speak English at all only use the translator and it is hard to find a common understanding. I didn’t feel understand by the support not even once.
Selling and delivering food with fungus after the expiration date of the product. Customer service is not responsive - delating messages on chat and stopping email conversation with no result. I totally lost trust for a brand and do not recommend to anybody as it looks like it is company attitude to scam customers
I didn’t like the service
Never gonna use that app again! I ordered shopping I was charged by PayPal immediately and after a second I get information that my shopping will never arrive as it’s too busy. Shopping were still in the shopping cart. When I called first time to speak to someone they make me to wait for 20 minutes on the line, the line was breaking up so I couldn’t hear anything when I call second time than gentleman said to me that I need to send an email asking for a refund which I did and unfortunately emails return as address was wrong. Scam scam scam!!!
Delivery took around 40-50 minutes instead of 12. Missing items in delivery, app crashed after the order. The quality of the app and the service is really weird especially taking prices into consideration. They charge more for the same things than competition in Berlin
Really wise and well developed app. I didn’t notice any disadvantages so far!

Siparişi yanlış konuma verdim ve verdikten 5 sn ye sonra fark ettim. İptal etmek için 1 saat ugrastım. Restoranla görüşmemiz lazım dediler. Restoranda telefonu açmadı olan tüketiciye oldu rezil bir uygulamasınız. Ve siparişimi başkası yedi ben ücretini ödedim. Uygulama 5 yıldır telefonumdaydı hesabımı sildim kaldırdım. Böyle saçma bir yemek sipariş uygulamasıyla ile karşılaşmadım hiç. Rezilsiniz
