Don‘t use it, I try to do a Reservation 3 times, the charges was done, but the Reservation was not done by the system, and the app show and error saying that was not possible excecuted the transarion. the refund was done for 2 of them automatically after almost a week and the 3rd one still under discussion. I called to the hotel to fix it and 0 support.

Eine der schlechteren Hotelapp. Reservationen werden nicht erkannt. Will man die Reservation manuell nachtragen, werden die Reservierungsnummern von der Bestätigung ebenfalls nicht erkannt. Und will man die Buchung an der Reception anrechnen lassen, muss umständlich die lange Mitgliedschaftsnummer kommuniziert werden und wenn man schlussendlich sogar noch das Glück hat, erfasst sie der MitarbeiterIn sogar noch. Warum kein QR Code beim Einchecken oder dann zumindest Reservationsnummern die auch funktionieren. Ich habe so bestimmt vier Aufenthalte nicht gezählt bekommen.

Achtung bei dieser App handelt es sich um Betrug. Ich hab 63.000 Rewardspunkte gekauft die verschwunden sind, nun versucht mal Kontakt mit Raddison aufzunehmen, keine Chance. Finger weg von dieser App und dem Rewardsprogramm, reiner Betrug !!!

Booking a room in of the new hotel in Rome in this RH app is not possible as any booking fails at the „guarantee/payment“ step. Problem statement: -The hotel I tried to book in the RH app was the Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica. It shows the respective availability and the booking process goes smoothly until step „guarantee/payment“ - At guarantee/payment step: No matter which credit card number is being entered - it always gives you the error message „invalid card“. Following trouble shooting was concluded: - 5 valid credit cards have been tried out for this specific hotel booking - all failed and got the same error message „invalid card“. Yes the cards are valid :-) - The error also occurred when the booking was done on the web interface of Radisson. - To further replicate the error, I tried to book another RH hotel in Rome in the app, the Palazzo Montemartini Rome. Surprisingly, that was successful. Same process steps. Bummer. To sum it up, the RH app online booking for the RH hotel Roma Antica doesn’t work. I am super disappointed as a customer. I had to book another hotel which I originally did not want. I really wanted to stay in the Roma Antica. And now I wonder - is it by purpose from Radisson that they don’t want the new Hotel greeting booked via the attractive member prices? Would be odd. Even more odd it would be if the third party payment provider would specifically push back on a the new hotel.

The CC payment/guarantee module doesn‘t work. No bookings can be made.

Die App ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Immer wieder Abstürze, Änderungen können nicht vorgenommen werden, Buchungen sind nicht einsehbar. Und das schon seit sehr langer Zeit! Wirklich absolut nervig!

With the new program, the awards points are almost worthless.

Dear Radisson, Your latest Reward renewal/ update is not working properly. It is basically impossible to book with points. You made it so hidden and complicated that I almost have the feeling you did that on purpose. Once found how to use the points, then suddenly there is no availability on the chosen night(s). Please do something about this!
