Purchased 2 piece of necklaces in store at 10% discount for 2 items. Within a month and 2-3 times of use a stone struck off from one of the necklace. We were out of station so couldn’t do the return process. After which I claimed the warranty. They collected the piece from my home and after 5 days it was shown in app that the product is delivered. Immediately called customer care, after so much of headache the call was connected and CC executive intimated that the money is refunded in wallet as the item is out of stock . I asked him to refund the money in my original source, for which he shown unability. This is total cheating. Selling substandard products, providing warranty then seize it in the name of out of stock. Not even refunding money but transferring it into wallet means even if we don’t want to buy after all this headache. Deliberately forcing us to buy another product at high rate or else our money is gone. There is no such thing as warranty. So don’t fall to their prey. Instead buy from local market.
Worst experience ever
I placed the order for 3 products 1.5 months back and still haven’t received the order. Got the info that Out of 3, 2 have degraded quality of diamonds than what I ordered and third product is totally different from what I ordered. It’s been going on for 6 weeks and every time I call, they don’t pick my call for 3 times and then give some excuse and delay it for another week. I have already made half of the payments and can’t give cancel the order at this stage. They don’t give you any update about any of the order unless you call. Backend team has no info about the store and store has no connect with backend. Totally unprofessional staff. Totally ridiculous excuses. They take the money and don’t care about customers after that. Worst support ever.

I ordere something for my girlfriend on her birthday,the order status was static,on that day i called them 10 minutes passed none answered the phone. Their Customer service is pathetic,Although the jewellery collection is pretty good…but a customer spends far more average in this than amazon or flipkart and they have excellent customer service….I will try local jewellery next time…

I gifted earings to my sister on her bday.. earing worth Rs 1000.. Within 40 days the item completed faded and turned into black color After contacting GIVA multiple times its been 4 mnths i havent received my item. they are not ready to refund money back and want me to use that money with them again It is better u purchase the items from small jewllery shop.. Pathetic Customer Support. They took my wife's jwellery in the name of replating and now its been 3 months with no update from them. I urge everyone to stay away from these fake brand pathetic peoples.

I ordered a sterling silver pendant from Giva. It’s been 15days only and it’s changed into black also pendant is made of metal meanwhile it is made of silver according to slip.
