Glassdoor FAQ
Is Glassdoor free?
Yes, Glassdoor is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Glassdoor legit?
🤔 The Glassdoor app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
Really easy use , a lot jobs great for those where lazy up bum bum and walk around whit cv in hands or take phone and give a buzz for some companies, don’t take personally, but that kinda apps could make yours future better! Try cost free after all !
Stop asking me to rate
EVERY TIME I save a job, I’m asked to rate the app. So because of that I’m giving it one star.
Hate the new UI
It was a great app before but the newer user interface is so irritating to use and navigate.
App doesn’t work
Logs out every couple of minutes.
Glitches.
Cannot be used very bad User experience
~
I think there’s some bugs that need to be fixed. The app often closes on its own
Worst App UI got even worser after last weeks update
Like seriously, why does this app get worser. Why isn’t there a location filter available for anything anymore. Thats it I’m so done with this app. Delete.
Excellent place!
This is amazing place! Very clean with great staff and very welcoming.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Parkview Crèche.
The Staff were all very supportive of each other and worked well as a team.
They also strived to ensure the best level of care possible was provided to the Children within the Creche.
I always felt very supported and the atmosphere within the crèche very friendly.
Parkview Crèche are a great employer, the children are priority and each day is different. The work-life balance is fair and I get on with everyone in the Creche. Management are supportive and encouraging.
Let the truth be known
Glassdoor is quite helpful for advertising jobs and that’s fine. But where I’ve found the most benefit is the reviews from ex and present employees. Ok there are going to be disgruntled people with axes to grind giving the worst review, but I look at the general feeling of these reviews and if I can see a pattern I’ll pick up on it, in order to make my own decision on wether a business or company is good, bad or worth tolerating. If I’m brutally honest I’ve never worked for a good employer, other than one who owned and set up the business. Unfortunately that’s rare these days with corporate culture and the ‘secret’ objective of working to keep shareholders happy looking to cut costs every year and pay less in wages. As Sir John Harvey (Troubleshooter) former Chairman of ICI said, ‘the stock market is the worst thing to happen to industry’. I’ve never forgotten this line, right or wrong you might think but look at the bigger picture and you’ll see how much truth is in this sentence (unless your a shareholder of course!). Toxic Capitalism keeps the working class in their place and poor, while the fat cats get richer. Non Union recognition keeps employees in their place and without a voice, so thank God for platforms like Glassdoor.. rant over!
In General a Great up - but the constant mails are exhausting
The App works well and is helpful to find a job. Especially after the Partnership with indeed searches, offers and application process has improved. But even I found a job and disabled all notification I still receive daily mails and job offers.
That’s annoying please fix it
Bad reviews removed if big companies request.
I recently put up a fair and honest review of my previous employer. It was rejected. No bad language or slander just facts I could support.
Also previous reviews from former staff also stating toxic environment and bullying was removed.
Unbiased not.
Fair......mehhhh.
You need to show the real reviews. Not the hand picked ones.
