Process of changing profile.
So in order to update your company you work for, you have to email customer support. I’ve requested support over a week ago and provided all the info requested and to come and find out they got it wrong. Then no response for serval days. Someone finally got back to me about the company change again, so sent the info. Just to find out they have to escalate it. This has been an absolute nightmare. Nobody cares about your “bowls” or “community” chat. People use Glassdoor to apply at jobs. It’s been about two weeks now and haven’t been able to apply at a job since y’all’s mistake doesn’t match my resume.

It seems like a good source but I have hard time getting response, there’s gotta be a better way to see job response in the app rather than seeing peoples random discussions.

No customer support to email can’t leave a review hard to navigate supper annoying will not be using Glassdoor .. i guess this app is only for tech nerds not for normies unfortunately I work for a prejudice Turkish company in New York City that hates Jewish people and I can’t leave a review and warn people unreal shame on you Glassdoor

Just garbage now
You can’t even do anything. It won’t let you add a review or like anyones review or post. Total joke. Then you go to filter what’s there and the app just takes you back to the company search screen because they don’t want you to find what you’re looking for. This app clearly wants to force feed you suggested positive reviews and makes it impossible to give realistic ratings of companies. Most people don’t like their company and you deserve to know why. Glassdoors only purpose is for this- fix your app Glassdoor.
Better Than Others
At least you show jobs in the general industry I am in: Renewable Energy. Really have to force your filters to show “Remote Only” jobs, though. Pay attention to the filters we set and you’ll be five stars
