It sucks
Deze app is waardeloos als je wilt bijdragen aan bijvoorbeeld een salaris gooien de moderators het eruit als het afwijkt van wat de app zegt. Zo krijg je nooit eerlijke cijfers.
They have ruined a great app and service
I can’t sort reviews per date anymore. I see salaries on US dollars instead of my local currency. It feels, in general, a lot less transparent and more manipulative than before.
With the upgrade there is too much fluff around reading reviews. A simple recent first review option seems to be missing which is the core functionality of use.
Deleting negative feedbacks upon request from companies is a nice way to get extra cash, isn’t it glassdoor?
I’ve been a user of Glassdoor for years, they are not transparent with reviews as they used to be. Negative reviews get lost. Few days ago I wrote a negative review for the company that ruined my personal and professional life and although the review got approved it’s not being showed in the list, I used different filters, even manually browsed to the end of the list, but it’s not there. I get tons of notifications from communities and when I click on them lead me to page not found. I accidentally clicked on my job title in the settings and received a message that it should be manually approved, it was weeks ago and it’s going to be "approved by a moderator in 48 hours".
There is a bug in sending a review in a company. I can’t even make a decent review.
When trying to filter per position you often get a blank screen and no option to go back. Also why is it so hard to see content in different languages? Terrible user experience
