研究發現低於3000K的色溫光源比較不會抑制我們的睡意,相反地,睡前暴露於高色溫,特別是6500K以上的光源,則容易抑制體內褪黑激素的分泌並減少睡意,甚至縮短前半夜睡眠的深睡。
睡前使用亮度較低和低色溫的光源,除了增加睡意外,對後續的睡眠也有一些幫助。
