Description

この研究では、3000K未満の色温度光源は眠気を抑制しないこと、また反対に、就寝前に高い色温度、特に6500K以上の光源にさらされると、体内のメラトニン分泌が抑制され、眠気を低下させたり、夜の前半の深い眠りが短縮されることを発見した。
就寝時に、明るさが比較的弱く低温の光源を使用することが、眠気を増すだけでなく、眠気に続く睡眠にもある程度効果 がある。
