Ordered today, delivery took 20 minutes, products looking nice and fresh, the service is good, I really like it, especially when you can’t get out of home

I can't recommend this app to anyone. there is no desire to order something again, only half of the entire order was brought to me and they could not compensate for this

Rabbatcodes funktionieren nicht und es ist einfach fast alles ausverkauft seit Wochen! Es ist einfach nichts übrig und es wird auch noch immer teurer, werde dort auch nicht mehr bestellen. Nicht zum empfehlen

Ich habe bestellt und das Iglo Schlemmerfilet kam nicht dazu, ich habe angerufen und eine E-mail geschickt. Bisher keine Antwort.. sehr schade. Ich habe sogar meine Bestellnummer hinzugefügt.. ist denen wohl egal. Hauptsache es wird Geld gemacht. Das war das letzte mal, dass ich dort bestellt habe. Das man mal was vergisst, ist nicht das ding, aber nicht auf anrufe und eine Email zu antworten auf das Problem, ist sehr traurig.

Seit Wochen hat Gorillas in Düsseldorf geschlossen!!! OHNE Hinweis darüber (Warum, wieso, weshalb, Wie lange geschlossen ... etc.)!!! Das wird sich bestimmt auch nicht ändern. Getir (Hat Gorillas gekauft) will sich ja auch Ende Mai aus Deutschland verabschieden. Die werden kommentarlos einfach verschwinden.

Eigentlich war ich immer total zufrieden, bis ich eben bestellen wollte und aufeinmal die (neuen) hohen Lieferkosten gesehen habe. Für Zigaretten eine Lagergebühr von 2€ nochmal oben drauf ? Im ernst ? Lohnt sich absolut nicht und hätte man dann wenigstens von Anfang an so setzen können, aber jetzt aus dem nichts aufeinmal ? Ne danke

I placed an order multiple times but all got cancelled without a refund. Now I’m not sure if the 240+ euros will get refunded to me. Customer support was not working.

Ich bekomme immer wieder Benachrichtigungen mit irgendeinem Rabattcode. Die Codes sind immer ungültig.

Think twice before you download this App. I received stale baked goods, and they are making me jump through hoops before I can get a reimbursement. I also use Flink and find that the product quality and freshness is much better there. When you are a working parent needing something for the kids lunchbox the next morning, it sucks to get stale and bad quality grocery deliveries at night. I should have ordered from their competitor.

Everytime I order something cold, is bad, smells bad and makes me sick.
