Zeer slechte vliegmaatschappij ze hebben me niet kunnen helpen voor 1 letter te wijzigen! Ze hebben me alleen van nummer tot nummer gestuurd eindstand ben ik NIET geholpen geweest, nu maar hopen dat de luchthaven het kleine foutje door de vingers ziet!!!

L app est en français et puis quand on fait une recherche ça devient en néerlandais et on sait pas changer la langue
Too many headaches
Need to chat with customer support? Use the web instead of this app. Want to check in online? Go directly to the airline unless you feel that an error message can replace a boarding pass. On the other hand, if you enjoy getting notifications that your flight departure time has changed, or simply that flight details have changed, then this is for you. Those notifications will have no basis in reality, but it helps fill some of the empty hours of your life. This app did, however, teach me to never again book flights with anyone but the airline itself.
Scam! Be aware
Please do not download. This app is a scam working with scam websites like “supersaver”
Dont work
The app keep saying that my booking doesnt exist. I didnt receive an answer from te customer service to solve the problem.
Could not load boarding passes and lost money
After check-in for my flight my trip is shown with "check-in completed" on the top right corner but when I try to open the boarding passes I got an error message "Could not load your boarding passes". because of that I had to pay for the printing of the boarding passes at the airport (35€) because there was no way to get the passes on the app or on the website of the flight company because it was saying that I already checked in. So I really don't recommend this application as i just lost 35€ because of it.

Impossible de se connecter à l’application. Ma réservation n’est pas reprise. J’ai peur de partir tellement le sav de chez eux est nul. Pas de réponse à mes mails, ni coup de téléphone toujours rediriger sur aucune réponse et pire le téléphone couper. Bref. Je pars dans deux mois et j’ai peur.

Probably the worst customer service in the world!!! YES they are a few dollars cheaper than others or even the airlines. BUT 1h50m waiting on the phone with 3 different agents in Pune India in order to charge me a 3 dollars fare difference fee AND 30 dollars for thier rebooking charge ALL THIS while the airline confirmed me that rebooking was free of charge because flights were cancelled by the airline due to Covid restrictions😝😝😝
