I booked airline tickets with extra 15kg luggage option selected and paid 500 HKD. Which claim is denied by airlines while boarding. And i had to pay that again. I am never using this service again and reporting this to authorities as soon as possible, Please don’t be a victim like me.

Suite à une annulation d’un vol avec la compagnie air China acheté via Gotogate, la seule réponse du service clientèles a été de se débrouiller avec avec la compagnie. Aucun support, aucune aide alors que nous étions bloqués à Bangkok avec 2 enfants. Le site n’accepte aucune responsabilité sur des vols pris par son intermédiaire. Prenez directement vos vols via la compagnie, Gotogate n’apporte aucune plus value, bien au contraire…

Nous voyageons deux fois par an généralement Nous avons eu un Kuala Lumpur annulé sans solution. GotoGate nous a pris en charge par téléphone et nous a trouvé une solution parfaite en 1 h . Donc maintenant c’est l’unique plateforme que j’utilise

Let me explain what happened. I had a round trip from Lyon to Abidjan with a layover in Brussels. Unfortunately, I missed my initial flight from Lyon to Brussels. However, I quickly arranged alternative transportation to Brussels in order to catch my connecting flight to Abidjan. Three hours after missing my first flight, I received an email notifying me that all of my onward and return flights had been canceled due to my missed flight. Despite contacting both the airline and the booking agency, neither were willing to rebook my flight. Instead, my seat was sold to another passenger, and I did not receive a refund. I advise against using this company, as they engage in unethical practices and disregard customer service.
