I’ve been trying to get assistance changing my flight dates from Durban to JHB your chat system doesn’t work it’s not functional and your numbers don’t go through. I need to change my flight connecting from Durban to Johannesburg but none of your systems work, when I call the airlines they say they can’t help me I have to contact the agency. This is frustrating
Convenient app to download and check-in.
However, trying to get in touch with customer service is a problem due to waiting for a response for 3 hours of “high volumes”.

Not working
Booked my flights online, but when I try add the booking to the app, it keeps failing to load my flight details. Has happened for over a week, both on wifi and cellular data.

Booking my flight and taking my money was one thing. Once I wanted to make changes, you can’t do anything even if you get a flexi-ticket and I still haven’t gotten a refund let alone responses 😡
Bad
App sell you products without having support for the product. Bought flight insurance but no refund was given.
