حجزت رحله لشخصين من فتره والرحله كانت اكثر من مدينه وتم الغاء احدى الرحل وبالنهايه لم اسافر ووصلني ايميل من الشركه لاستكمال خطوات استرجاع المبلغ واتواصل معهم ما احد يرد وصرلي اكثر من شهر اتواصل معهم وفي حال احد رد يقول طلبك تحت الاجراء بانتظار الرد من شركة الطيران

I had to correct the employee’s mistake and book through another app. I advise you not to buy from it. ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️

I had the misfortune of using Gotogate for my flight booking, and it was a disastrous experience. They charged me an arm and a leg for the ticket, yet provided abysmal customer service. No refunds, no assistance with cancellations or postponements - just additional fees! *Warning to travelers:* - Avoid Gotogate's hefty commissions and lack of support. - Book directly on the airline's official website for better service and flexibility. - Gotogate failed to even provide basic check-in services. *Don't risk it!* Steer clear of Gotogate to avoid unnecessary stress and financial losses.
