Won’t repurchase
I’ve used this app three times since launch in October 2023. It’s not functional here in Australia with the food diary since everything is logged in America.
There’s also still no cool downs and warm ups despite it being requested for 6 months. I’m not entirely sure why it wasn’t thought of before the creation and launch.
They claim these are certified personal trainers but no one stood back and thought they should include the most important part of a workout which is stretching?
There’s no communication, I don’t have social media so I don’t know any of the updates that are happening within the app. There’s no emails sent at all regarding new updates.
I just wouldn’t repurchase this, it was hyped up and it isn’t what it was advertised to be.
Beat fitness app EVER!
Iv followed Heidi for the past 10 years, always jumping to her YouTube and Instagram when iv needed a little boost of motivation,
I was sooo excited to hear about the launch of Grounds,
it was a no brained for me to instantly down load the app,
knowing how passionate Heidi is about fitness, helping others achieve their goals and achieving her own goals,
I knew this app would be FULL of amazing things and boy was I right!
Everything has been thought over and bought to pretty much perfection!

Absolutely love this app!
This is my favorite workout app I’ve ever used. It’s so user friendly and there are so many customizable workout options. My feedback would be to be able to exit the workout midway to see what the next exercises coming up are so you can look ahead and know what section of the gym to go to.
