Downloaded the app and paid £70 for the subscription, for some reason didn’t work so missed all the programmes starting and spent 2 days back and forth with customer service which they said they’ll give me 30 days free and a refund but didn’t do that and just refunded and cancelled my subscription. A bit of a shambles really!

4 stars for now as excited to see what’s ahead for the app (updates etc) so far loving the runway challenge. Love that I can change exercises within the workout too - hoping for more alternatives in the future!!

Disappointing!

I have followed Heidi for a while and was really excited about using the app. Unfortunately it fell short. I work out at home and have some equipment. The app asks what you have and then gives you workouts supposedly based on this. However I was given workouts which needed more equipment (bench, cable machines, which I would not buy for my house). I could only do about 2 workouts on the app with what I have. It may be better if you have access to a gym but it then shouldn’t be advertise as fitting with home workouts too. I also found the calorie tracking part worked poorly and didn’t recognise any of the barcodes I scanned. It could be because I live in the UK and maybe it works fine for US clients but this should be made clearer. I feel it was advertised a bit falsely and when I complained that it was unusable for me was unable to get a refund (I paid for a year subscription). All in all, not a good experience!

Health & wellbeing one-stop-shop for women

I’m loving using this app so far. One of my favourite things is how receptive and rapid the team implement recommendations and fixes. It’s a US-based company but they’ve already implemented things to improve the usability for UK users which is fantastic. The food tracking database doesn’t cover a lot of our food YET but it’s so easy to save items you use regularly that it’s honestly been zero problem. The annual rate is a great deal. And lastly shout out for the wonderful Kara Corey’s ForeverFit programme which is <exactly> what I was hoping for in a new gym programme; approachable, practical, challenging. Thank you!

Heidi and her team at grounds have done an amazing job she’s so motivational I have followed her since the beginning and I lose my way but this app is the best thing for me physically and mentally thank u so much u have changed my life
