Painful to use. Not user friendly. Leaves a lot to be desired. Making any changes is next to impossible. If the app is meant to save time so you dont have to call a live agent, don’t expect this app to be a replacement for that.

Layout of the app is fine however the performance is just astonishingly terrible. It takes forever for anything to register.

I tried to book ticket and got error so this App is for what ?

Will not upload my wife’s Visa. Wasted 3 hours of my day. More to the fact that for some reason on return flights to the UAE I can get an online boarding pass as a US expat, but my wife who is Sri Lankan is unable to.

I booked tickets to the Shri Lanka and paid for the baggage through side company. If the app it was showing that edition lagguage is included. But airline requested edition proof. I shoved receipt from that side company with all the details. Airline refused to accept it. They forced me to pay additional 400$ (despite the fact that I paid for it) At the destination baggage was severely damaged. More over Airline refused to acknowledge damages and refused to give any compensations. I will see you in a court Etihad!

Firstly their app doesn’t sync well to pull member info, then the call center is so poor guest call center, simply useless, then I emailed guestsilver@ and got no response for 3 days still waiting. It’s just waste of time with Etihad

Equivalent to frontier airlines. Charge you for breathing. They didn’t add my tsa precheck to my boarding pass, I went to add it at desk, and then they forced me to check my bag because it was a kg over. Charged $200 one way for this lol

a bogus app that cannot even fill the selected date of birth! Was the coding done by a cognitively challenged individual? Shame

How this app has 4.5 stars is unbelievable. The app does not have boarding passes or up to date info or important notices. It is essentially useless. Even check in asks you for booking info. What’s the point of the app if it can’t keep track of your trips? I ended up doing everything on their website which is also abysmal. What a badly managed airline with amateur and untrained staff with zero ability to plan for disruptions. Booked a flight six months in advance and they still messed up so bad that their own connecting flights were unavailable IN THEIR HUB city! Nobody knew what was going on and every either was super helpful and gave us wrong information and left us waiting for eight hours promising that somebody working on it or treated us like cattle. Mind you these are business class bookings. They put us in the hotel which had water damage in the room and there was nowhere to get dinner when we got there with a toddler. Overall a day spent agonizing over what to do in a foreign country where everyone spoke with implied hostility and annoyance and extremely unhelpful. And you couldn’t understand them and they couldn’t understand you. And good luck if you are not white, no amount of money will make them help you. There is no empathy to be found even when they are the reason you are suffering. While some staff was helpful, we were ordered to strap in a screaming toddler immediately 30 mins before landing. It s a toddler that can’t understand, give us a minute to pacify! The return flight is just as bad. Did not honor the seats selected during booking. Assigned random seats. Won’t be traveling Etihad again. Not worth the agony and disrespect.

Check-in process is good except for loading visa information. There should have been an option to load visa type in manual form and load fields in the form accordingly.
