Amazing, glad I found this app and recommended to friends

I downloaded roughly 20 apps to test them out with varying popularity and this was the best. Was exactly what I was looking for in a workout planner. Only improvements I would like to see is the ability to add comments to individual exercises once they are added into a plan. Additionally, the ability to split exercise sets with warm up sets and working sets.

Been using this app for about 10 days, before that another app which was ok. I’m back lifting after a long lay off, had some issues with arthritis but was quite strong, so you can imagine how humbling it is when you see what you can’t do! That’s where the app is invaluable, it stops you going mad and rushing in blindly, I can see progression after this short period. But, the thing that motivated me writing a review, something I never do, is the fact that I sent a query to the support staff, it was answered within 48 hours! Thanks.

Having been with a PT for 7 years either F2F or online, I took the plunge & went and started training solo. Looking at all the apps available, this was by far the closest to what my last online PT had been using. I’ve been using this app for 8 weeks now and have to say, it’s living up to the expectation I had. You can change your programmes, add in extra exercises and it logs everything. I haven’t paid for the full version, so reviewing the basic & it’s not basic at all! We’ll worth downloading if you’re new or experienced in the gym or want to workout at home. It has everything. With videos to show you exactly how each exercise should be done & what muscle groups will be worked. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tracking progressive overload is key to making gains, and Alpha Progression does this so very well. Easy to use, very tweakable, and motivating app, with a wide variety of exercises and all their variations to choose from. Thanks to the YouTube channel ‘House of Hypertrophy’ for recommending this app otherwise I may not have found it.

It was by chance that I found this app and I’m so glad I did, so I’ve recommended it to others. It’s far better than any other app I’ve tried; it allows you to: 1. Plan a variety of workouts without a limit 2. Add supersets 3. Add drop sets 4. Times you between exercises (to stop you from slacking lol) 5. Has detailed information about each exercise 6. Has videos of how to do the exercise 7. Has information about which muscle group the exercise targets and whether it’s a small, medium or large exercise I honestly feel excited to get to the gym so I can use the app lol. Please don’t change it (unless it’s to improve it).

Been using this app for a month and I absolutely love it. I hadn’t used weights properly before using this and usually was the one walking around the gym lost not knowing what equipment to be using. The workout plan generator tailors to what you want to work on and I am already seeing improvement on the areas I want to target. Cannot stop talking about this app.

Before using this app I was tracking my workouts in a spreadsheet. This app makes tracking a breeze. The tutorials are very useful and it’s easy to construct your own workouts if you don’t want to use their own generated ones. The game changer for me is following the in app recommendations for progressive overload either through increased reps or weight. Yes you can do it all yourself but I am seeing much better results following the suggestions on the app
