I initially paid $10 to recieve my workout recommendations, which was the only expense they indicated I had to pay. Afew days later my account was charged $70 for a subscription!! No where did I read that a subscription was involved. I am very upset and doubt they will refund me considering the other reviews on this app. Don’t get it!! A gym membership is cheaper and i’m now missing half my rent.
The payment methodology is a little confusing but the app content is great. It’s a very user friendly fitness tool with great content. I wish I could afford to overlook the price increase and the confusing way payment is worked out but sadly I can’t. The meal plans are great and the workouts are varied and interesting. I loved how it made it easy to be aware of where you are and what to expect within your cycle.
This app is the worst app I have ever downloaded. As some people say in their reviews, I just answered some questions and I was led to purchase page, and as soon as I purchased the program they show us another webpage to purchase the thing again. There was one button with vivid orange colour which says confirm. If you press it they will charge you for another plan. It is not the end, and then you will see another one to make you purchase again.
I did the quiz on their website and at the end of quiz they ask for a subscription payment. I accidentally press it and I charged twice !
Initially, I was excited to see an app that uses cycle -based training but as soon as I paid and they charged my card three times and I immediately regretted it. I should have read the reviews on the App Store before I signed up. I asked for a refund maybe about 10 minutes after getting charged and it was declined. Waste of money, I understand they have a refund policy in place however they need to be wayyy more transparent about the costs up front.
Horrible company. Tried to cancel my subscription and they charged it again. Emailed immediately asking for a refund, which was declined. Waste of $50. BEWARE!!
