Niet doen!

Wilde enkel the chair yoga boeken. Betaald met creditcard. Toen ik verder scrolde op de site zag ik dat er nogmaals €59 van mijn creditcard werd afgeschreven. Dit alles gebeurt bliksemsnel. Hier komt geen boodschappenmandje aan te pas. Contact via de mail gaf een waarschijnlijk standaard reactie. Met veel moeite heb ik beide abonnementen gestopt. De looptijd ervan zal ik wel moeten betalen. Heb niet eens naar het programma gekeken. Mogelijk best goed, maar het vertrouwen is volledig verdwenen. Een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor twee

I didn’t even make an account and they withdraw me 72€. What is going on???

Get ready this is what you need:

At first I had a chair with arms so I couldn’t do the practice properly. I also didn’t expect to lay on the ground in front of the chair and the floor was no convenient. So it’s nice to know what to expect at the start of the program.

Na drie maanden wordt er in eens bijna 85€ van je rekening afgeschreven. Je wordt via de app doorgelinkt naar hun website waar je dan zonder dat je het weet een abonnement hebt.. schrok me wild toen het afgeschreven werd, heb ook nooit niks met de workouts gedaan, echt enorm balen!!

Steal your money

Don’t purchase this app I was charged for 31,45 euros and eventually got charged almost 200+ euros on my account. I kept going back and forth with the Harna app support service. But they didn’t want to give back my money. Even though I was within the 14 day period to get it back they refuse to give it back. They just steal your money. Dont buy it !!

Refund

I’m trying to refund and cancel subscription but there is no contact posdible!! No response and the website gives errors. What a scam this is!!

Very bad!

They let me pay the double bill and don’t won’t to solve it. Once they get a chance, they let you pay extra for the stuff you even didn’t order. Be aware and don’t waste your money for it!

DONT EVER GET INVOLVED IN THIS

if I could give them less then 1 star, I would! They rob you from your money for things you didn’t ever read or agreed with. They are misleading, cheaters and robbers. HORRIBLE!!! It’s impossible to cancel you subscription and trial. I’ve tried to contact them several times and no reaction. They are to busy with misleading people instead of satisfy and helping them. Selfish! Helping someone with canceling everything so they can remove their account is the least you guys can do!! All they can reply (if you’re the lucky one who’s got a reply) is a simple standard text which is not even close of helpful. And YES I CONTACTED THE SUPPORT TEAM!!!! NO I DID NOT GET AN ANSWER. ALL I GOT IS BEING ROBBED BY YOU FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR!!!!!! All I want is close this off and never have to deal with this app or people behind this app ever again!!!!! I will find a way to report you! Shame on you.
