A great source of information

Having been experiencing Peri-menopause symptoms for a few years now, I find the app a great source of information. So many symptoms seem to come & go. Checking on things you are doing give me comfort. Such as taking supplements, how to help my newly aching joints, is HRT a good idea. Am I doing the right thing for my ever changing body. Try the app it has so much information, all pretty easy to locate and quick to read with more in-depth information available, should you want it.
