### **--- "Laggy UI with an insane amount of popups. Alot to read in short turns making it hard to play."
The UI outside of games is insanely laggy and slow loading, even via desktop. It needs a serious overhaul and it has way too many popups and clickables, it could do with some serious streamlining removing the cruft.
When you are playing casually and haven’t memorised a lot of the mechanics of cards it is difficult to complete your turns in a timely manner when there are multi step discover cards and cards from other classes constantly being added to your hand. Frequently there will be turned you just have to finish early so you can read your cards, or you ran out of time.

HS has recently made massive strides in accessibility for new and returning players by giving us free access to the unguro and emerald dream expansions.  IMO this should continue moving forward as this caused me to come back and drop $300 on cataclysm which I wouldn’t have done if I had no access to the prior expansions meta cards as the barrier is too high. Granted I like to play most decks and wouldn’t be happy just being a rogue or warrior or insert class here player and de-ing from classes I won’t play. Ty bliz

After a hiatus I started playing Hearthstone again after a few years. I’ve been playing on PC and enjoying it so I decided to download on my iPad. First time booting and it’s crashed three times. I almost lost a match because of the crashs. Not to mention, it’s just generally slow. I don’t think the iPad I’m running is that old and it seems to struggle so either it’s the app or Apple products were worse than I thought . Just play on PC, never had issues on that

The game itself is very fun, I play battle grounds as a rule. But there is a lot of issues with crashing on the mobile version despite changing all settings and resetting my device. The animations are too much for any mobile device to run without multiple crashes in every game.
