Lost cards
After years of saving dust i made some decks. Then an update came and i lost half of my crafted cards.. for some reason all the legendary cards and who knows what else. Got 0 help from blizzard. Years of saved dust gone for nothing. Might as wel not even play the game the same might happen to you.

Matchmaking
I’m playing this game since 2015, there was times when I stop, but eventually I always came back, but now I think I should quit playing it. Matchmaking system is broken, I got 80-90% win rate up to diamond 2, but as I get there it dropped to <50% and you can do nothing about it, game just picking counter to my decs all the time, I can’t get cards that I need. Horrible developers, horrible company, just bunch of a greedy suits sitting there now, you ruined everything for what people liked your games. I want to play it, I just can’t anymore. I hope you going to bankrupt soon, it’s time to die

i haven’t see any app that requires to update 3gb + several times in a week WITHOUT ANY CHANGES IN THE GAME this is just don’t make any sense

I don’t know why, but I have downloaded the last update 5 times. Installed it. And as soon as I restart the game it starts all over again.

I had years of depression , I was poor and had to lend an account to play. It was the time when we had kolento and pavel (top HS players) .This game never left me and when I had no friends, I would just join the tavern and play. Thank you for everything
PAY TO WIN
IT GETS PUSHED INTO YOUR FACE THE LOCKS AND RESTRICTIONS THEY PUT IN IT WICH YOU CAN UNLOCK WITH MONNEY!!! Edit: also for those that use 4g its unplayable, it has update after update. Updating from the appstore means you stil have to open the app and let it update another time. If you have 4g with extra cost for downloads this game is basically unplayable.
