I edit my opinion here after I finished the game. While I still think some good of this game and I really like the model « buy once » rather than f2p approach, there are things to say. 1. There is really one healer only in the game. I don’t understand why only 2 characters have a direct mechanic of replenish the hp/dp with direct match mechanism. You can’t reasonabily play without them. The other have 2-steps mechanics to achieve this and this is not enough. 2. The « double » mechanic of first matching 4/5 emblems and then match them again to trigger the effects you want are no fun at all very quickly. You’re already struggling to get a proper 4/5 emblem to dispell a nasty effect. When you get it, you will struggle again to match the created super emblem to ACTUALLY dispell the problem you’re suffering. Well during that time ennemies will still attack you, may kill the emblem bearer you’re trying to use, or just downgrade the emblem you managed to create, or even add ANOTHER effect blocking the emblem or just everything on screen. 3. The mechanism of several match-3 aspects are very frustrating. If you have an emblem fall and create a line of 5, you get the ultra emblem not were the emblem fell and created it but at right of the line. How is it logical ? If you have any debuff in a match, the whole combination is cancelled. match-5, only 1 emblem with a ice / electrified or anything, they all disappear without any effect. 4. Added to the above, global mechanic repeated during endgame where bosses and even regular ennemies are immune to almost everything. Forcing to do super / ultra emblems for specific characters when your board keeps being jammed by debuffs. 5. All the annoying issues about UI, slow map navigation, crashes…. All this ended in a rather disappointing experience finally for this game which was initially quite exciting. Difficulty seems quite artificial because of the stacking of negative debuffs during fights making some boss fights lasting 30-40 minutes of suffering getting debuffs over and over. Endgame you just stack healer’s resurrect and die / revive repeatidly while suffering debuffs and removing 1% of the boss life from time to time.
