Full of bugs
Just played for 10 mins and already encountered with bugs. Stage not going through the next. Uninstalled and will not install again.

I don’t recommend for you to download and play! If only I could give the app 0 score for 10 reviews, I would! The game is full of bugs and the developers and customer service aren’t any helpful to resolve any of the bugs! I had reported 6 different bugs, nothing happened and still unresolved over a month!!! You will meet the dumbest customer service ever - inefficient, ineffective, and adversative! On top of that, you wouldn't be compensated with all the lost resources you had because of the bugs. Service is so slow and doesn’t resolve anything! They only care for your money - pay to play! I have paid for the game but don’t get the service we all deserve. Thumbs down. I give it a zero score! ID is 30876851. You havent resolved any of the bugs and wouldnt give back the resources you stole because of the bugs! 0/10 Pathetic. I lost a lot of resources (rewards) in arena showing me I lost even if I won (12 ranks of gems, coins, gladiator coins). I ranked down a couple of times in wotg since it freezes battles and shows I lost! (10k lumber, 10k ore, 2k mercury, 10 soul stones. Unresolved and season was over last month!). Gold caves kept on freezing and kills my team! I couldnt beat the other flags of the caves! Predator is freezing killing my team! Lost opportunity on plunders and lost time for regeneration! Missing heroes in oracle, taking more than a month to resolve! A lot of bugs in chicken dinner, season was over and they were all unresolved! I lost more than what you sent. I sent videos and screenshots justifying for the compensation that I deserve! But all you offer are gems! You even can’t tell me why I can’t be compensated for the actual losses I had even with all the screenshots and screen recordings of the bugs! You just steal from players!

The game will rob your paid resources through bugs! It is over a month and the bugs are not fixed, and my lost resources are not credited back. They wouldnt let you know why they would not credit back what they stole! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE GAME, THEY WILL JUST STEAL FROM YOU,

THE F*CK IS WRONG WITH YOUR SERVER. CANNOT CONNECT TI IT EVEN THOUGH THE INTERNET IS PROPERLY WORKING. HOW MANY MBPS SHOULD A NORMAL CELLPHONE NEED JUST TO CONNECT TO IT???? FIX YOUR SERVER THE F IS WRONG WITH THAT.
