Similar to Dot Arena

Hi! Idk if yall are the same producers as Dot Arena but I used to love that game! I got so sad when it closed down. I just started the game, but it reminds me so much of Dot Arena! However, if yall are the same producers as Dot Arena, I hope this game will be kept open and not closed 🥺😭

Support is not Helpful

The service desk (support) is not helpful. I have logged a case to them for more than a week and issue is not resolve. They didn’t bother to follow up or update you of the status. Because of that, I can’t play the game. One lucky thing I did is I haven’t purchase anything from them. Imagine you paid few hundreds to upgrade your skill and found out you can’t play the game. I prepare to lost the skill and level I have accumulated over the times. What frustrated me is the support given to me

Just grind and grind only

So many different game modes in one game, this is the game for you. Ranging from Chicken Dinner, War Of Gods, Brave Duel, Skin events and so much more. A variety of different heroes that you will never get bored. As long as you are willing to grind, all skins and heroes can be unlocked.

Used to be a great game

Now has degraded to a money sucking game for the developer. A lot of cheaters using bots but developer doesn’t care. Just keeping pushing out new but worthless heroes and skins to milk gamers!

Cheat Loyal customer of money and reset account

After building nearly 4 years of loyalty with heroes charge, and spending so much money in (nearly a thousand), uncool can r set ur account to beginning and denies all payments and accounts when we have proof of itune payments. Their customer service Kris John even refuse to help acknowledge refunds. Ucool is such a big disappointment. Terrible cheats. We have reported the case to iTunes
