Too expensive
The game use to be fantastic , now it’s all about money , a friend of mine spends over ZAR 4K a month on the game and he’s still not even in the top few hundred of players , yes there are ways to progress on the game but the FACTS are players that don’t spend money doesn’t have much of a chance on the game anymore , 7 years ago I gave a 5 star , now I’m giving 1 star and uninstalling the game , you think oh let me farm this “ clicks how to get “ and you go straight to a menu that’s full of $$$
Now with the recent changes it’s even worse ,before you could at least buy 5 stones of a certain hero for 500 coins of arena / crusade coins , now you get 2 stones for 1600 and it’s not even like it’s the blazing dragon or the super good heroes , you get shadow leaf 😕 like what the hell I'm sorry but the game has been ruined for me . Look at championships those guys have fully upgraded skins and awakened 20 heroes , that’s ez a few K’s spent . I’m sorry but also not sorry for this post .

Greedy
This game is probably the most greediest game I’ve came across. The micro transactions seems to get more and more required while dev efforts and new content decreases. Don’t play this game unless you have a thick wallet in 2020.
Cost Increase
This is one of most expensive games out there, and now they have increased the cost even more. Up to yesterday we have to pay $2.99 /ZAR 80.00 for a small skin package where you got 17 stones, you need 400. Today it cost me ZAR 100.00 for same package. Everyone is struggling to get over the Covid 19 lockdown and ucool just want to milk us more. For a big skin package of 400 stones the price used to be ZAR 1500.00 today it is ZAR 2000.00. Are they totally crazy?
I can buy a whole game from Ubisoft ANNO 1800 for under ZAR 1000.00.
You will loose your players, and I hope they left you in droves.
