Everytime endless trials arrives the game becomes unplayable

Scam

This game is a global scam. Purchases descriptions are not respected. You buy a skin offered for 4000 gems and described as fully operational with the skin skill unlocked and, you receive a lv1 skin that you need to spend money on to fully unlock. Developers then tell you that what you are “experiencing” is normal game mechanics. Also, at the guild I was at, the leader was offering skins and crystal packages at a massively discounted price. Which leads me to believe, Ucool has moles in all servers offering discounts to keep high spenders spending and low spenders struggling to keep up. It’s a scam on a global scale, stay away! How apple has approved this game is beyond me.

The best mobile game destroyed by the greedy developers full of people using hacks and nobody cares if you open a ticket never will be solved

Fun, but you will be ripped off

The game is great, lots of different types of challenges and great artwork………however this game has more bugs than an episode of I’m a celebrity! You will have gems (which are costly items) taken when they shouldn’t be and you don’t get all your items if you decide to make purchases. Shame really as the game is worth playing Yet another update that has broken the game…….getting worse

Tootaly crap game when I start play was Ok but konferencji konferencji Ucol do evrything for kolęd game , lots bug in game nothing recompensate suport is craped nothing sort out it realy sheet game . Auful not recomented. …. Ofcourse I update evry time but never was right always is still bug in game

Rubbish

Don’t bother playing this game, they take your money and when the servers become empty they abandon you, I’ve asked many times for them to merge my server, and they refuse even though I know they have merged servers in the past Id: 35353051 Server dawn, less then 20 people active on the server

It’s a fun game to start of with however it just gets a bit boring when you get to a higher level. It takes so long to level up which makes sense I guess but it gets repetitive and there isn’t really much to do apart from the same old boring quests. Maybe make other features to gain xp. Also if you don’t spend money you’re hopeless

Heroes charge “ locked out”

Currently I can’t log on to this game. When I try to log on the following screen comes up. Grand Arena. Continent 3 my season ranking. Top 537. Then it only shows contents in the first 2 boxes and the third is blank. I can’t give you my game number or take a screen shot because it kicks me out back to the logon screen The last update when all the problems started was Version 2.1.318. 753.6 Thank you for your support and hope to be playing shortly Nigel. Advert better then the Game

Like every game that seems to be released nowadays, totally useless, not what is advertised, totally rubbish and useless cut scenes, bored of it within 30 seconds, deleted…
