* We want you to feel confident about meeting people in person. Selfie Verification makes it easier for daters on Hinge to ensure that they are who they say they are.
* We ask how your dates are going. After exchanging phone numbers with a Match, we’ll follow up to hear how your date went so we can make better recommendations in the future.
The app is free to use. Members looking to see everyone who likes them or send unlimited likes can upgrade to Hinge+. To access additional features, including enhanced recommendations and priority likes, we offer HingeX.

Got banned without further explanation
I was always polite on my interactions and still got banned without explanation or the chance to review my case.
Getting worst and worst
Hinge used to be nice, I had a decent amount of matches and they tried to show me people I could find interesting. But this era is over, I struggle to get a single match in 3 months. They don’t try to match you with people you like anymore, they could make it better easily by asking more questions and personalize your match but that would mean less profit. They also recently prompt you to buy and subscribe every time I open the app which is pretty annoying (and spoiler alert even subscribing doesn’t work). Can’t wait to find a better alternative.

Got banned
Got banned without given a reason just I have been in breach with the rules. Have hardly been active and stopped as paying member. Guess there is no space on Hinge when having a pause and not paying. Good concept but not good treatment of members. What a dissatisfying experience.

Min konto er blevet fjernet uden grund. Jeg kan ikke få en forklaring på dette
Højde og kropsvægt
Jeg vælger at give Hinge 3 stjerner. Appen fungere fint. Jeg respektere dog også privatlivets grænser omkring vægt samt højde. At højde er obligatorisk på ens profil, gør appen endnu mere overfladisk da mænd og kvinder på over eller under normalen ryger fra. Jeg syntes derimod der skulle indføres “kropsvægt” som ligeledes højde skal vises på profilen. Jeg har nemlig nu gentagne gange endt på “date” med piger som jeg har troet ville være normalvægtige ud fra billederne. Men så snart jeg har mødt dem i egen person bliver jeg mødt af en cirka dobbelt så bred kvinde som forstillet. Jeg ender derfor i en situation jeg ikke kan se mig ud af, og ender med at se mig nødstedt til at have samleje med en kvinde som ikke er min præference vægtmessigt. Jeg håber Hinge vil tage dette i overvejelserne og indføre “kropsvægt” som en obligatorisk enhed på profilerne Mvh. En presset mand
