My app hasn’t opened in three months!! It keeps telling me it’s down for a planned maintenance!! If you don’t want us to use it anymore, just let us know🤷🏽‍♀️Now all my matches have been waiting on me for month!! Wth???

I really loved Hinge and I met people I really clicked with on there. I even got into a relationship with someone I met on Hinge and things got serious, so I deleted the app. “Designed to be deleted”, right? Things didn’t work out with him, so I was hoping I could get lucky with Hinge again, but out of no where, I was banned from Hinge (and Tinder). I never sent anything inappropriate to anyone, never threatened anyone, and I never had multiple accounts running at the same time. I’ve tried to make a new account but it got removed too. I’ve been emailing Hinge’s Support Team for 6 months now and they have never once actually responded, only automated emails. I’ve talked to so many people that have had the same thing happen to them and the issue never gets fixed. I’m really sad about it still because I met such compatible people on Hinge, but it truly seems like Hinge doesn’t care about it’s user base.

Everything about it is now geared toward getting users to spend money. Without hefty subscriptions the matches are junk, outside your filters, and not worth your time. Plenty of other dating apps out there now. Don’t waste your time.

I met my person on this Hinge and I’m so glad I decided not to delete the app. Definitely recommend this app is you’re looking for something more serious.

I downloaded the app, made a profile, figured I’d see if it got any traction the next day so went to sleep… I wake up and I’m banned with no explanation? Hadn’t even messaged anyone and didn’t have anything in my profile that was against tos?

This app desperately needs to filter verified profiles only as an option, and the UI feels dated. Not a lot of users compared to the swipe apps. Also don't pay for it the second you have a paid plan the quality of profiles goes to the gutter. Tested multiple times.

The app doesn’t work at all. They’ve built it to make money like a slot machine. It doesn’t encourage dating and relationships as much as you might think. They are selling hope more than anything. There are no community standards or enforcement. You will match with many people who will never communicate with you let alone meet you for a date.

Low quality app with little engagement.

How long has it be down, I just downloaded the app noticed is temporary down for how long? How soon is going to take to come up

The app it self is great but the amount of money thwart want to charge weekly to be able to like people on the app is ridiculous it should be max 10 a month for the amount of people on the app stop being greedy
