Hinge Dating App: Match & Meet

It is a shame that I cannot use my desktop computer to access Hinge.

So I wasn’t a really big fan of dating apps for longest but my friends really pushed me to get into Hinge. Fast forward to many different interactions and very awkward moments, I can’t believe that I actually met the love of my life on a dating app. We’ve been going strong ever since our first date and when I tell you I haven’t felt as happy and comfortable as I am when I’m with my special person, it’s truly something special. I can’t thank Hinge enough for making this app so easily assessable, so easy to use and bringing people closer together!

Created an account had put a couple photos of just head shots and was still working on my bio when I open the app to finish bio and it said I was banned. So there was nothing in my bio that could be offensive. They just went ahead and banned me for no reason. Customer support was of absolute no use and gives no reason why I was banned just that I violated terms of service.

I get tired of all these dating apps being the exact same as tinder (stifling connection behind a paywall and encouraging endless use to be addictive, like they don't make enough money selling our data and breaching our security & getting ad revenue) this one is more sexist towards men and is basically dead, i get likes day 1 on every other platform that has adopted this disgusting greedy tinder format except this one. Most the women are snooty, obnoxious, verbally abusive and are forever cat-ladies with rainbow hair and the nose piercings, working in public schools: all the red flag warning signs... Any terrible modern dating app is better than this. I can atleast say it doesn't have many bots.

I got banned for nothing and they denied my appeal didn’t even look at it because the system just automatically denies appeals.

I downloaded this app because people told me they had success on it and that the choices are a bit different. But from I can tell there’s a bunch of people that left Tinder and slapped Christian as their religion on their bio while posting half naked photos as their first pic and talking about “Which one would you choose? Vodka, Tequila, or Rum?” Lmaoo the amount of fake people on here just makes me realize how toxic the dating scene has become and the ones that ARE WORTHY AND GOOD MATCHES, most likely get BOMBARDED with likes and roses so they don’t even have time to find you. It’s all the same and having to pay this much to never get seen unless you’re posted up against a sports car, holding a stack of cash, or traveling outside of the country is pointless to even try. Been on the app for two months now with a super genuine and honest bio that shows my true self and my kindness and I never get any matches. Don’t waste your time or money on this app, most of the girls that come up are 200-300 miles away or in a completely different state.

Lowkey feel like Hinge pays people to make fake accounts to keep the app more active and pockets empty . Don’t be a fool like me all that money spent and no matches smh. Women are AI Generated everyone has the same bio / mentality interesting

Hinge only match me with same race, been on this app for three weeks and haven’t match with anyone outside my race and that’s a problem, secondly please stop sending me ugly women when I know there are a lot of beautiful women on here.

My profile and correspondence were always completely appropriate and above board. I filed a report against another users fraudulent account, and they permanently banned MY account with no specific details or justification. I appealed, and it was immediately reject. Would have happily continued paying for service, but they have such an insane trigger finger and no remedy whatsoever towards account reinstatement. Don’t spend your money here, I got a service refund from Apple and filed a complaint with the BBB

Very addictive and is designed to extract money and time without enabling good connections. The ux is nice, though this isn’t a good thing for society
