It was my first time using this app and I’m in shock that I was banned on the same day. There were a few matches asking for my personal number but I wasn’t comfortable to give. I suspect I was reported by one of them. Pretty sure I’ve not violated anything and I’m definitely not a fraud. I don’t think the customer service even bothered to check.
Hinge has been banning people for absolutely no reason after you have paid them money for subscription. It is downright fraud as the bans given are never even given an explanation and appear to be random. What I am doing, and what I implore everyone to do, is to take them up legally as what they are doing is considered fraud and illegal in the eyes of the law. Do not let this greedy company that is out to scam you out of your money win. They need to be put under legal scrutiny
I am writing this to warn users of hinges unethical actions that has scammed me out of my money. Stopped using the App for months and came back to be notified that I have “violated TOS”. I submitted an appeal and was rejected stating the decision is final. There was no mention of what terms I have violated or any other information provided. Hinge may be a popular app but beware of spending money on their subscriptions as I have as there is no accountability on their part. They will take your money and ban you to prevent you from using the service you have bought.
My account was deleted unexpectedly, I have no idea what happened as I wasnt active. They dont reply to my appeal. This is the most terrible app in the world.

Useless app, downloaded one day and without doing anything the app was banned without a reason clearly stated, violation of what terms?? Without a proper explanation. Don’t waste your time to consider this app!
Used to be okay, but now has become just as bad as all the other garbage apps like tinder, bumble, cmb.
My account was ban because it said that i was using a 3rd party software / tool when i didn’t.
Downloaded for 3 days and found my life partner highly recommended
