My account closed and I did not receive any response or feedback regarding the reason why. My personal data and photos have been lost, just because they decide to close my account… don’t download it

* We make it easy to start a conversation. Every match begins by someone liking or commenting on a specific part of your profile.
* We want you to feel confident about meeting people in person. Selfie Verification makes it easier for daters on Hinge to ensure that they are who they say they are.
* We ask how your dates are going. After exchanging phone numbers with a Match, we’ll follow up to hear how your date went so we can make better recommendations in the future.
The app is free to use. Members looking to see everyone who likes them or send unlimited likes can upgrade to Hinge+. To access additional features, including enhanced recommendations and priority likes, we offer HingeX.

I’m don’t believe this app worth the money
Can't create Account
I can't create account.i write my number down in the verification process and then I get an error: too many verification requests pls wait a moment.
Can’t create account
I just installed for the first time the app and as soon as I entered my number it said “too many verification requests”. Didn’t even have the chance to try it 🤷🏼♀️

Can’t even sign up cause of the “ Too many verifications” bug. Ew.
Problem
I can’t create an account. “Too many verification notifications”
Bug
The app has a bug when you try to re-create an account you have previously deleted when you try to enter your phone again. It says “Too many verification requests” every time. Despite that, it’s great.
Can’t even sing in
I had downloaded the app for the first time last year and at one point, I got tired of it so I deleted it. About a week ago I said to myself why don’t you give another try so I downloaded it again but when I go to sing in with my phone number it says that “there are too many verification requests, please wait a moment”. So I wait a little bit, I try once more, the same thing happens. And this has be going on for a week now. I think that there might be some sort of problem with the app.
Awful experience
I was immediately banned after a conversation and even after appealing my appeal was rejected within minutes. No explanation was ever provided for the ban or for rejection of my appeal.
Worst app
My account was removed even before i put my photos
