Very limited gluten free options for coeliac people, only one meal in one restaurant suitable and an unwillingness to change set meals to make gluten free. Really challenging and made food and snacks difficult despite taking our own picnic. Rides and shows and cleanliness great but need to cater food for all.
Bought a premier access pass thinking I could use it on the day I visit the app knows your location so knows you are not in the country and should not allow you to buy things that can only be used on the day of purchase knowing you are not in the country! Absolutely disgusting

When you click buy ticket from this app it will route you to disneyland website to buy ticket and from there you need to sign in again to avail the freebie included. On my case, since we bought the tickets outside of our accounts they cant really do anythinf about it. Useless chat and phone support. Tickets are non refundable.
Bought a premier pass via app. Cannot find the pass on app a few hours after purchase. Whenever click a button, the app keeps redirecting to the website. Completely useless. Used the Disney World app before, it’s fantastic. The HK one is no where near
Management needs to be fired for allowing such an abysmal booking process to continue
The app should allow to add a star places customer want to visit. We booked via app but never found the tickets under the app but just on email. User interface is needed more work and remove “do you want to leave” makes it slow to navigate.
On this app it is sooooooo good like on the rides you can see people showing there penis or vagina on the ride
I’ve bought my tickets from the Disney website. We’ve reserved the day and our tickets are registered. We’ve looked at the rides we want to go on. We download the app which will help us plan our visit. All we want is a good route through the park to get to each ride in order. But to do that, I have to give you all my details again and register my tickets again. You want all my information again just to help me plan my visit. Seriously? Who’s got the time and patience for that? I’d rather get a paper map and take my chances, thanks.
