I’m extremely disappointed with Hotlink’s services. My sister gets a consistent unlimited plan with 900GB for RM50 every month, while I only get 210GB for the same price. On top of that, my deals keep changing every month, sometimes 210GB, sometimes 300GB, and other times even less than 100GB. This inconsistency is frustrating and unfair. The website clearly states that I should receive promotions every time I top up, but I have NEVER received any promotion! This has been going on for months. On top of everything, the human agent hasn’t provided ANY solution to my problem. It’s so annoying, and my issue is still unresolved. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating! Stop misleading your customers and take this issue seriously! It’s absolutely ridiculous! Stop misleading your customers and take this issue seriously! It’s absolutely ridiculous! I HATE HOTLINK and I’m done with this. I’ll switch to another plan if this keeps happening!

My account was recently change to postpaid unknowingly. And when i want see and pay my bills. IT JUST WOULDN'T SHOW ME, how can i pay like this????

Kenapa belum sehari data unlimited da problem ek? Kena beli data baru. Beli yang sebulan tak sampai dua minggu kena beli lagi. Data makin mahal makin problem😤

Saya mahu buat pembayaran keakaun game mengunakan no saya,tapi sms yang saya dapat mengatakan saya tidak mempunyai baki kredit yang mencukupi,bila saya lihat balik baki kredit saya,lebih dari cukup.dan saya cuba lagi untuk membuat pembelian game online tapi saya masih mendapatkan sms yang sama dimana saya dinyatakan tidak mempunyai baki kredit yang mencukupi.kepala bapa kau,kau mahu berapa sial baki kredit yang baru dapat buat pembayaran game online tu,padahal cuma perlu rm4.90 sahaja untuk pembelian game online tu dan baki kredit saya ada rm38.00.kau kalau ada masalah sistem atau apa kah tolong urus dengan saksama ya pukimak.jangan buang buang masa orang lain ya.terimah kasih untuk HOTLINK YANG PUKIMAK

首先说下手机信号，5G是假的，还没有4G稳定，速度快。 APP里英语，马来语，中文混杂..没有华文OK，你要么纯英文，要么纯马来文，乱七八糟看的费劲。 最搞笑是survey,我选投诉网络的选项，它会问你交易时出现了什么问题。另外也是中英文混杂 三大运营商之一的Maxis，真的是草台班子。

The most worst and useless app in appstore. If anyone can see this review, please change your telco because of this inconvenient apps. A lot of problem yet found any solution of this app. Very2 dissapointed.
