Frustrated with Hotlink’s Inconsistent Deals and Lack of Support
I’m extremely disappointed with Hotlink’s services. My sister gets a consistent unlimited plan with 900GB for RM50 every month, while I only get 210GB for the same price. On top of that, my deals keep changing every month, sometimes 210GB, sometimes 300GB, and other times even less than 100GB. This inconsistency is frustrating and unfair. The website clearly states that I should receive promotions every time I top up, but I have NEVER received any promotion! This has been going on for months. On top of everything, the human agent hasn’t provided ANY solution to my problem. It’s so annoying, and my issue is still unresolved. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating!
