Absolute garbage prepaid, avoid at all costs
The app will tell you it can’t do anything because there’s no internet connection even though you’re literally on the Hotlink network. You need wifi to do the initial activation process in the first place.
Going downhill
Whose idea was it to have customers to login with SMS almost every single day. Really annoying and waste of time. If the dev team is reading this (that’s a big IF), bring back the previous versions. Does anyone really need to go thru the login so often??

The monthly passes is very espensive and no video plan like before😒😤
Useless
Stupid App, kept saying “there seems to be a problem performing your action, please try again” no matter how many times I try, even after days and weeks. The app is useless just as the whole brand!

Always error and confusing, useless app to be remove from App Store
Terrible server speed
Great idea, but I can hardly get the app to load (even when all my other apps have a good signal and are functioning well) and on the rare occasion that I can open the app, I’ve never been able to complete a top up purchase without it getting hung up “processing.”
worked well... while it lasted
WAS the most painless way to get a tourist SIM n buy v cheap internet passes. and then it started going nuts and kept requiring updates upon starting the app when it IS already the most updated version. the whole idea of updating something is to make it better, not break what was working in the first place... or are you trying to take a page from apple?

I already updated and it keeps me to do the update. I don’t know what els I can do to fix this problem.

I have the same problem as a previous reviewer. It says update required, but it is already updated to the latest version.
