Top up not working for all payment methods
Top up not working for all payment methods. So bad. How to pay like that??
No TAC message received.
Updates supposed to solve the login issue but achieved the opposite result. Perfectly fine before and now rendered useless app. Quit messing around without foolproof the apps beforehand.
Voicemail
Unable to Deactivate voicemail in app,call 123 also cannot solve this issue.🤦🏻♂️
Bad app or bad internet
I always cannot login to the app or app is loading very slowly even if using 4G line. How do I even top up using the app when the internet or app is this bad?

Can’t log in to app!
Can’t log in to app! Keep showing invalid Malaysia number even though keying in the correct one. Tried many days and also try restarting phone. Still can’t log in!
Lousy useless app. Totally cannot use Hotlink
Lousy app, can’t even log into it and top up my card. Buy alr but cannot use. Stranded and cannot contact anyone cos of this stupid app and telco. Customer support also no use, everything in Malay. Useless app, Hotlink is a scam don’t buy
Keep signing out of app
Stupid design flow I ever seen how can keep signing of out the app? Can you keep the phone num instead of re key in every time?
Technical issue on app ?!
Top-up Hotlink prepaid with TNG e-wallet. TNG e-wallet shows payment transaction successful but did not receive the amount in Hotlink app. What’s wrong with it ?!
