Been using almost 2 years rn. God, the coverage always disappears every 4 times in a week. A WEEK!

There are 2.86RM left on my account however after 30RM charged, the remaining amount is 31.16RM. It shouldn’t be decreased without any reasons. Why it’s not working even payment is successful. I purchased the unlimited plan but 4G never worked so I upgraded 5G but still not working properly. Actually I already used a month before. Chatbot and support never came in handy. Too slow. And the payment section has a lot of trouble so I spent for 2 hours to do it. No extension setting.

Every month recommendation price is getting higher , online bank discount shown app is always unavailable, fake discount info. 6rm was deducted from 100rm top up . If it was grab no deduction for top up. All the things fulfilled doubt.

It shows ‘user must 12 years old and above’ many times. I’ m 60 years old…. Scanning function is sooo cheap.

There was a new item called easy top-up, so when I paid from Grab wallet, 50 ringgit disappeared somewhere because it was not reflected in the credit. No matter how many times I check with the call center, they say they will respond within 24 hours and they do not respond. I don't understand where my money went.

Automatic login does not work with iPad. This app requests to receive sms. So, I would like to use web site to know current status, it also requests sms. No alert comes for knowing validity end. I would like to know the reason why this app is offered for iPad.

Latest update made this app only in Bahasa Melayu. How to use it in English.

I’m extremely disappointed with Hotlink’s services. My sister gets a consistent unlimited plan with 900GB for RM50 every month, while I only get 210GB for the same price. On top of that, my deals keep changing every month, sometimes 210GB, sometimes 300GB, and other times even less than 100GB. This inconsistency is frustrating and unfair. The website clearly states that I should receive promotions every time I top up, but I have NEVER received any promotion! This has been going on for months. On top of everything, the human agent hasn’t provided ANY solution to my problem. It’s so annoying, and my issue is still unresolved. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating! My account was recently change to postpaid unknowingly. And when i want see and pay my bills. IT JUST WOULDN'T SHOW ME, how can i pay like this????

Kenapa belum sehari data unlimited da problem ek? Kena beli data baru. Beli yang sebulan tak sampai dua minggu kena beli lagi. Data makin mahal makin problem😤
