The app often erases my userid and password, so I have to go find those before I can log in. Also, when you press Move to put a receipt in a different category, there is no feedback. The button does not change color and you don't go back to the original screen. Update Re new version 6.3.0: At least the camera will focus again now. But still cant pit receipt into folder in app; can only tag it.

For the last week, it crashes at the login screen and send me in a do loop with login and authentication. App used to work, but with some odd bugs. After applying tags, I’d have to close the app because the close/back button was outside the screen area. Not entirely responsive. Often I would take several receipt pictures, then one would fail to upload. App would crash and then make me log back in and ask for an Authenticator. Any receipts uploaded in the few minutes before would be fine and I’d have to start again not knowing where I had left off.

Used to work great. Used it daily for years until about 2 weeks ago. Now it crashes and logs me out every 30 sec. Got used to it as a great solution now am lost without it since it turned to crap a few weeks ago. Whatever you changed, change it back please!

This app is meant to do one thing and one thing: upload pics! And it fails at it 20-30% of times. It’s glitchy, slow, and notifies me that it didn’t upload the image most times quite late!

Super easy to add receipts and works well with our accounting software… logging in is an absolute nightmare on the mobile app. Routinely loses the password, password reset link wouldn’t send for 6 months and when it finally does start sending it doesn’t actually allow the password to be reset. Beyond frustrating. Also the layout NEVER fits an iPhone screen. Have used this on 3 different phones and the app menu is cut off every time

We use this for all our receipts tracking at work and it’s pretty basic on the phone, to the point of being a real pain. I go on extended trips and having the ability to add notes to mobile uploads seems like a no brainer… especially since clearly people have been asking for it in these reviews… do you read these reviews Hubdoc? Well you should…. ADD NOTES!!!!!

Not only is it painfully slow but the interface is incompatible with new iPhones. You can’t access the buttons on the screen. This app sucks.

It’s very handy to snap pics of my receipts and have them immediately sent to my accounting system. But the app is clunky and lacks even basic features like adding a note for later reference. Xero can — and should — do better.

I only use this to take photos and avoid having to upload via airdrop. It is far from compatible with the new phone sizes. Minimal functionality. Might as well just use the web version to save yourself the headache.

This isn’t even an app. It’s just browser-access bundled into an app. Do yourself a favour and do not download or delete this app. Just save yourself the time and access this via a real browser. It’s been years and no improvements to the app have been made.
